How can I remove Online Favorites, Media Streams, and Feeds from the dropdown list when I click Favorites? My Favorites/Bookmarks list is fairly long, and having those 3 things at the top just makes it worse.

Unfortunately these cannot be removed at that time. The issue is that technically Media Streams and Feeds are not the same type of objects as Favorites...if you deleted those folders, you'd never have any way to get streams and feeds into the Favorites menu.
The real solution is for us to have feeds and media streams treated the same way as favorites, so you don't need (frustrating) undeletable folders to house them somewhere. That's something on our plate for down the line, though I can't give you a landing date yet.
