Foxmarks and Flock2

Just I wanna say great appreciation and thanks of the hard work of Flock team.
Firefox 3 is super fast and finally I can use ONE browser because the bookmark sync using my favourite Foxmarks works prefectly.

LOL

Yeah, I'm glad that the much-requested Foxmarks finally works in Flock. Glad to hear that Flock is finally your primary browser!

Hi, I heard Flock mentioned (quite glowingly) on "This Week in Tech" today, and they mentioned that Foxmarks worked with this new version

So I uninstalled FF 2.0, installed the latest Flock, and installed the latest version of Foxmarks add-on

Unfortunately, it gets hung up during the initial setup during the "Load Local Datastore" step

here is a screenshot of what i mean:

any ideas?

Just to make sure it wasn't on Foxmarks end, I ended up installing FF 3.0, adding Foxmarks to it, and it worked just fine......

Arrgg... i was under the impression the latest version of Flock was built on the 3.0 engine....

So uninstalling the Foxmarks Add-On made for FF 3.0 and installing an older version (the last one before it says support for 3.0) looks like it works, it logs in, downloads sync file, and says "Synchronization complete", but the "Favorites" stay the same

Hey MorningZ,

Foxmarks works in the Flock 2 beta, which is based on Firefox 3. You can get the Flock 2 beta at www.flock.com/beta/download.
