Scroller

Can u make so that if someone makes a website and ads css for the scroller, the scroller to be afected and change(change to however the user made it to be)

Flock uses the same web site engine as Firefox. Therefore, something which works for Firefox should work for Flock as well. It's been a while since I've seen custom scrollbar colors -- I think you used to be able to do this in Internet Explorer.

I'm not sure that Firefox/Flock give you access to mode the scrollbar with CSS. Perhaps someone else will offer a suggestion?
