I have become addicted to using Flock for close to a year now and for the first time it will not open. I keep getting the following message:

XML Parsing Error: error in processing external entity reference
Location: chrome://browser/content/browser.xul
Line Number 18, Column 1:%browserDTD;

What has happened????

Hi everyone,

Thanks so much for letting us know about this. My first question would be, what kind of extensions do you guys have installed? One of them could be causing that kind of error. Perhaps trying uninstalling them, or running Flock in safe mode (see the FAQ section for instructions on how to do this) and let me know if this error keeps occurring.

Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks for your patience and support!
