Windows Live Writer Addon Not Working

This is an important addon/extension and I've seen a post on the Flock forum giving the impression that it is working. I installed an extension form Firefox Addon's but I could see an icon anywhere that would get it to work as in Firefox. Has anyone gotten the plugin or another plugin to work?
