Have you tried the Flock browser yet? Especially if you’re into social networks, it may be the browser for you. In conjunction with the release of version 1.1, Flock is making available what it claims are some pretty big usage numbers. They claim to have nearly three million downloads of the browser.

The South by Southwest Interactive Festival's 11th Annual Web Awards...honors online innovations that saw their official launches in the previous year. Some of the notable sites awarded [included] "social browser" Flock, which won the "community" category.

Flock has released a small but welcome update. Flock 1.1 adds support for webmail services like Gmail or Yahoo Mail.
