If you type in about:plugins in the address bar you will see a list of all of the installed plugins. Flash should show up as being installed, even on Vista. However, it seems that some sites simply wont recognize Flock as having the plugin installed. This could be because of a problem on Flock's side, or it could be the site attempting to detect Flash 8 when Flash 9 is installed.
I previously installed Flash Player 'cause I use I.Explorer and Firefox. Now I use Flock and I did not need install Flash Player again. It works, even the update: Flash Player 9.
I'm using WinXP. And I'm sure that's a security problem - maybe the Vista.
To get my flash player to work, I had to do this:
1. Uninstall both Flock and Flash player. (backup your favorites and your passwords as you need to fully remove)
2. Re-install the latest Flash player.
3. Re-install Flock.
I'm using Flock 2 Beta 2 on a Vista machine, but this should work for any version in theory.

Which sites do you notice not detecting Flash?
