Since more and more Flickr users are switching to Ipernity, is Flock's uploader scheduled to work on this website in the future? And if it is allready working, how can I configure it?
Thanks,
Damien.

Hey skooal,
Flock's uploader currently works with Photobucket and Flickr. However, we will be looking into other services and how we might integrate with them (or them with us!) in the near future. I will put Ipernity on the list with one vote.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Christian from ipernity
Good news! We are about to release our API (Application Programming Interface) which allows third-parties to integrate ipernity into their services. It means the Flock uploader could work with ipernity soon!

One vote from me as well.

@Christian: That's great, I'll be sure to let the devs know. There are some other factors that may keep ipernity from being a focus, of course, but it's great to know that there's any API. If you guys are at all interested in working with us on this, drop me a line.

By the way, Flock 2 supports a new standard called Media RSS, which allows us to automatically pull images from a site using Media RSS into the Media Bar. I'd encourage you all to encourage ipernity to use Media RSS...not just for us, but for everyone using a standard is a fantastic way to make your images more available to everyone.
