I love flock, mostly because if my computer crashes or I do a new install (such as feisty 7.04) I load flock on my computer and all my bookmarks are still there through my del.icio.us account.
But it would be cool if the big star button could save to google bookmarks as well.

I need Google bookmark button also. That is where all of my bookmarks are. If you can't get it on Flock, then I will have to continue using either IE or Foxfire as both of those allow me to add this button.

I was able to integrate google toolbar, including the bookmark function, into Flock on my work laptop a couple of months ago, but when I installed Flock onto this new laptop I got yesterday, I am not able to integrate the google toolbar any more. Is it because the old version of Flock allows me to do the task but not the latest version (0.9.0.2)?

If the extension works for Firefox 2.0, it should work for Flock 0.9 (though it will pop a warning because it's not explicitly designed for Flock). If it doesn't install at all, it may be because it is designed for Firefox 1.5.

Go to www.google.com/bookmarks/ there is a button labeled "Google Bookmark" simply drag to the Favorites Toolbar and voila! Bookmarks integrated!

It doesn't let me view all my bookmarks the same way I can see ma.gnolia.com and del.icio.us bookmarks in my bookmarks menu, so it's not as useful to me. Thanks though.
