Flockstar Stii has two more tutorials for everyone! His first two were about RSS and favorites in Flock. This time he's done a two part series about blogging in Flock. First up is how to setup your blog in Flock and second about how to create a blog post in Flock. Great Work dudes. The german version is still coming, i see. I think, for the most of the users is the english version still okay.

A couple of things that really could use improvement with the blogging tool:
(1) It seems to produce "tag soup" HTML when it should be producing valid XHTML 1.0 Strict. Most blogging software will work well with any XHTML 1.0 or 1.1 version, but HTML 4 can produce wierd occurances like posts that appear empty (happened twice in the last week, appears after I hand-edit the output) or posts where character entities (like   or ' ) will become &nbsp; and so on.

(2) When I post, I would like users to be able to view links without leaving my blog. It would be nice if there was a checkbox in the URL entry dialog to decide whether target="blank" is added.
