If you've logged into MySpace recently, you may have seen this message

hey folks - we are moving myspace music players and video players to flash 9.0. flash 9 has security fixes so that people can't mess with you on myspace. if your 'about me' got screwed up this weekend, you could have been safe if you had flash 9 installed.

Mike Potter of Adobe posted how to get Flash 9 working in Flock on Windows in our hacks forum, which also allows you to view applications developed with Adobe Flex.

Currently the Flash 9 beta installer doesn't install the plugin into the Flock browser. To get it working, simply copy C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins\NPSWF32.dll to C:\Program Files\Flock\flock\plugins\NPSWF32.dll.

Note: This is obviously not supported from Adobe. I urge you to back up your C:\Program Files\Flock\flock\plugins\NPSWF32.dll before copying over the new version, so you can revert back to it if this doesn't work for you.
