Mozilla has updated their tentative ship date of their 1.5.0.7 patch until Thursday, 9/14. We plan to release the 0.7.5 Flock maintenance release that includes this patch on the same day. If there are no issues, we'll turn on the automatic updates the following day on Friday.

I believe there was a bug found in the 0.7.5 candidate that has caused a delay ( But I actually don't know for certain. I, too, am waiting for an official word. The update will be made available when they are comfortable with it.

I visited Flock's Download page and it advises that Flock 0.7.5 is ready to be downloaded. It mentions that this version has fixed the following issues:
* Based on FireFox 1.5.0.7
* Fixed memory leak in Flock's web page indexer
* Added support for copying BBCode for photos
* Fixed several issues with handling Windows accounts that contain accents
* Better handling of large fonts
* Changed URL associated with "Blogged with Flock" to point to the blog with flock page
* Added crunchgear.com to default list of news feeds
* Updated Windows tray Flock icon
If this is included in the Release Notes of Flock 0.7.5, why isn't there more publicity about the upgrade? I checked in "Check for Updates" in Flock's main menu, but not updates were found.
Can you please tell me what is going on? I'm confused as whether there is an error in Flock's Download Page.
