As Manish said, we'll soon be auto updating to the Milestone 12 build of Flock 0.7 (Cardinal) for Flock users currently on 0.5x versions. We're getting closer to our first beta release of Flock and want to get some extra pairs of peepers helping spot bugs. Everyone here is really excited about our first beta release, we want to delight people and to get as much feedback as possible. Since people have finite personal time to give us feedback, we want it to be about what we can do to be awesomer and less on why we're sucky because something is broken. Savvy?
We will be temporarily disabling downloads from the website, but brave souls that absolutely need the most current hourly build know where to find them ;-)
To make it up you you, we've enabled the new forums, so please give your feedback there. Please, please post your support requests to the support forum and your feature requests to the suggestion forum and NOT in the comments on blog posts. This helps us keep these things in the same place and makes it easier for us to address these effectively.
So since you'll soon be using a new version of Flock with some considerable improvements, here's a little bit about the new goodies in Flock and how you can make use of them.
First Run
We've made it way easier to figure out what Flock can do the first time you open it. There is a handy wizard that guides you through setting up your accounts and services.
Discoverability
For the 99% of you that skip the First Run wizard, don't fret. We've added some discoverability features to make it easier for Flock to help you with the services we support.
Photos
This is my favorite feature right now. You can drag and drop from your desktop straight into any text area that supports HTML, Flock will upload it to your Photobucket or Flickr account and pop the HTML code in the text area for you.
Or you can just drag and drop from your desktop to the Photobar and it will upload it in a new Uploader window to to the account of your choice. We've dramatically cleaned up and improved the user interface so it's easier to do all the things you could do before. Photobucket people, say hello to batch uploads.
When you hover over a photo and see see a little photo icon in the bottom right corner of the photo or in the address bar, click on that little icon to see someone's photostream in your Photobar. Click the star and you've added them to your "Photo Favorites". The photo button in the browser will light up when those folks upload new photos.
It's all pure sweetness.
Search
Every once in a while something comes along that changes the way you use the web because it's suddenly way easier. Google was my first love, now I've fallen for the new Flock search box. It searches your favorites, your history and grabs results from Yahoo, as you type.
News
You just can't beat having news reading tied into the browser. Flock's new news reader made me switch Bloglines after years. It's so darn convenient to click that little orange RSS icon in the address bar to subscribe to a website. There are cool ways of viewing your news like a newspaper too.
Blogging
For my fellow bloggers, the blog editor has been greatly simplified. It now opens in a separate window for easier comparing of what you're writing to what you're writing about, has better saving of drafts on your computer, and a lot of back end rewriting to make it work smoother.
Favorites
Improved import of favorites from other browsers and navigation of collections from the Favorites menu.
Shelf is now Web Snippets
Now you can drag and drop text or photos into the status bar at the bottom of the window, it's easier to navigate snippets thanks to a new view.
Better Mac Support
For those of you on fancy new Intel-based Macs, Flock on Mac is now a Universal Binary. Wohoo.

I am not sure but I haven't been able to link with my flickr account, from the first run wizard.
It says it will open a popup window with flickr sign in page, but for strange reason it does not, rather says error in signing into Flickr.
Even I have not been able to do it later, so I haven't been able to link with my flickr account.
I am not sure what to do now.

I've been trying to do this, but no joy. What I can do is drag and drop a photo from Flock's Top Photo Bar into my Flock blog editor or LiveJournal editor. BTW, I think this editor should include text alignment features like right, left, center and justified text like the rest of blogging editors. It's so much easier to compose a post.

Even though Flock browser reads "Drop Photos From Your Computer Here", I can't seem to do it. What I can do is double click the photos in my computer's hard disk to transfer them to Flock Photo Upholder and once there, upload them to Flock Top Photobar.
Another feature that I miss is a speller that will check your spelling as you write, indicating in red your misspelled words, just they way Spellbound works in Firefox. This speeds up your blogging performance. Right now, you have to check your spelling, after you have finished writing your post, not during the composition itself.
All the rest of the features you mentioned work like a Swiss clock and makes Flock the best browser around. Can't wait for the next Release Candidate.

Tanaeem, I have not had this problem, and have been able to successfully sign in to Flickr either in the first run wizard or later on.
Are you running Windows, Mac, Linux?
Type about: in the address bar and post the build_id line as well.

All in all, I've liked the progress I've seen in the continuous builds. Keep it up.
Any updates on fixing that bug in OS X where the cpu usage shoots up to 100% when the mouse is pressed down?

This has not been fixed. It is a significant architectural issue that is true for all Mac OS X carbon applications.

Two questions (maybe one question and a feature request);
1. How does Flock identify itself: as Firefox?
2. Is there going to be a profile chooser? My wife and I both want to use Flock on the same PC, but obviously to have our own blogs, favourites, etc.

I love Flock. I'm such a blogger and have started to use Flickr a lot more now too. I just discovered the code snippet tool too. That is such the bomb. I love Flock so much I did a review on my blog. Spread Flock. Firefox is the bomb but you get a group of Firefoxes together and what do you get, a Flock. I can't wait to see what's next.
