Wondering how to jazz up your blog with some photos? Doing it already and want it to be easier? Ryan Price just posted a screencast called adding visual interest to your blog with photos. In his demo he uses Flock with Flickr and WordPress. Thanks Ryan, please make more!
This screencast demonstrates how to use Flickr photosharing and the Flock browser to add photos to a WordPress blog (or any blog or web page, really). Flock makes it dead-simple to upload, tag, and post photos. You can probably download the browser, sign up for Flickr and post photos to you blog faster than you can watch this video (about 6 minutes).
Speaking of screencasts. I'd love to see a Flockstar screencast squad start up. Anyone interested in helping get it started? My own misadventures screencasting on an Intel Mac have been mixed.

If you want to do simple screencasts from your Intel Mac, I recommend iShowU. I actually did another screencast about that, but it's hard to do a screencast about screencast software.

I decided to leave the watermark to prove you had to spend the $20, and because I was still testing it at the time. I have to say, the flexibility of recording options is attractive, and there are some presets structured around screen sizes, but not browser sizes. My idea was to make a video that fit in a browser.
I recorded using 'high' quality audio and 'Apple Animation' Codec; don't even touch low quality sound. I had to scrap a 'cast because I accidently clicked 'low'.
After the recording, it automatically opens in QuickTime. Then I exported to h.264 and AAC audio. The file size for 6 minutes at 760x440 was only 10MB. I have QT Pro ($30), but you could use any number of conversion tools like ffmpegX.
If you want to do iPod videos, that is a whole other game, especially with codecs, but there are some good conversion tools out there. I think iTunes will even do the conversion for free. I do podcasts, and I like the simplicity of the iTunes MP3 converter, and I can preview the video form the same interface. I imagine video would be a similar experience.

RE: screencasts group. I love the idea of doing screencasts, but my results were not great. There are a number of issues, the software you use, how much you have to spend, codecs, how you are going to host it. If you want to put something on youtube, then a screencast at 320x240 pixels looks aweful, or of you put up the entire file such as Ryan did, then there are serious bandwidth issues (he's a braver man than I putting a 10mb file up now that everyone reading the above post is heading over there!).
If's hard to see how you pool a group of screencasters all using disparate methods. Maybe if youtube offer higher res options in the future it will be a possibility to hang out there.
If someone knows of a 'host' that offers high res ability (really need 800x600 as a bare minimum) then it would be a really good idea. Think google video used to do this, but their approval waiting system is nauseating.

I still remember the situation when we leave each other. I remember that even when the first I take the boat, I was very happy. But to my surprise, when I was in the boat, I still think the game, especially the ghost gold, I considered playing the game with my friends and I won a lot of gold. The first body hit agile, and change my cloth with my friends.
No doubt its the desire of every blogger that his/her blog looks attractive and eye-catching. Ryan Price has beautifully shown how to decorate your blog with some photos though this great video clip. It would be helpful for new bloggers and web designer to learn how to make blogs attractive.
