Community Support Lead

Jen Anderberg was born in Manitoba but raised in Cranbrook, BC, and thus her understanding of the world is that large cities must have populations of around 320. Despite this handicap, Jen had a fun childhood growing up on small acreage with a dog, horse and even some turkeys. She attended the University of Victoria for the strong basketball program (and lack of snow). She emerged from college with a National championship, an English degree, and more "UVIC"-branded clothing than she knows what do with.

Jen is Flock's Community Support Lead, which means that she interacts with all the Flockstars running into technical issues and helps get things back to normal for them. Jen also helps out with administrative work at Flock North. To offset this, she volunteers at the SPCA animal shelter where she gets to deal with more intellectual personalities. Jen's take on Web 2.0 is that "the internet itself hasn't changed, but how we use it in our everyday life has."
